Domain Setup & Order Fulfillment

Setting up your domain on Bridge Pay connects your website to our secure checkout widget. This guide walks you through adding your domain, verifying ownership, creating IPTV packages, and choosing between automatic and manual order fulfillment.

To register a new website domain on Bridge Pay:

  1. Log in to your seller dashboard at https://app.bridgepay.store.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Add Domain.
  3. Enter your domain name without http:// or https:// (for example, mystore.com or tv.mystore.com).
  4. Click Add Domain to save.

Your domain will now appear in your sidebar under your domains list.

To prevent unauthorized use of your website name, every custom domain must verify ownership before going live. Verification is handled through a standard DNS TXT record at your domain registrar or DNS provider (such as Cloudflare, Namecheap, GoDaddy, or Hostinger).

  1. Open your domain from the sidebar and locate the Billing & Subscription card.
  2. In the Verification Status row, click Verify Ownership.
  3. A modal opens displaying your unique Verification Key (for example: bp_verif_abc123xyz). Click the copy button.
  4. Log in to your DNS provider or domain registrar where your nameservers point.
  5. Go to your domain’s DNS Management page and add a new record:
    • Type: TXT
    • Name / Host: _bp-verif (or _bp-verif.yourdomain.com depending on your provider)
    • Value / Content: Paste the verification key copied from Bridge Pay
    • TTL: Auto or 1 minute
  6. Save the DNS record.
  7. Return to Bridge Pay and click Verify.

Once your DNS record propagates across the internet, your domain status updates immediately to Verified.

Note: DNS changes usually take 1 to 5 minutes to propagate, though some registrars can take longer. If the check fails initially, wait a few minutes and click Verify again.

Once your domain is added, you can configure the IPTV plans that your customers will purchase.

  1. Open your domain details page and scroll down to IPTV Plans.
  2. Click Add Plan.
  3. Fill in the plan specifications:
    • Price: The purchase price (for example, 15.00).
    • Currency: Choose your billing currency (such as EUR, USD, GBP, CAD, or AUD).
    • Duration (Months): How many months of service this plan covers (e.g., 1, 3, 6, or 12).
    • Number of Accounts / Screens: How many lines or simultaneous connections are included.
    • Package Name / Selection:
      • In Manual Mode: Enter a friendly package name (e.g., VIP Premium - All Channels).
      • In Automatic Mode: Select one of the packages imported directly from your connected IPTV panel.
  4. Click Add Plan.

Each plan receives a unique Plan ID. You can click the copy icon next to the Plan ID and use it with the bpid attribute on your website buttons.

To modify an existing plan, click the pen icon under the Actions column in the plans table. This opens an edit dialogue allowing you to update duration, accounts, price, currency, and package name while keeping the same Plan ID.

4. Order Fulfillment: Automatic vs. Manual

Section titled “4. Order Fulfillment: Automatic vs. Manual”

Bridge Pay gives you full flexibility over how customer orders are fulfilled. You can automate delivery using your IPTV reseller panel, or fulfill orders manually.

When Automatic Order Fulfillment is enabled:

  • Instant Delivery: As soon as a customer completes payment, Bridge Pay talks directly to your IPTV panel via API, generates the user account, and presents the login credentials (username, password, server URL) directly on screen.
  • Real-Time Credit Protection: Before any customer can initiate checkout, Bridge Pay queries your panel in real time. If your reseller panel balance does not have enough credits to fulfill the plan, the checkout button automatically states Plan out of stock. This prevents customers from paying for accounts you cannot generate.
  • Panel Setup:
    1. Toggle Automatic Order Fulfillment ON in your domain settings.
    2. Enter your Panel API Key (and panel server URL if required).
    3. Click Test API Key to verify connection.
    4. When adding or editing plans, select the matching package directly from your panel’s list.

When Automatic Order Fulfillment is disabled (or if a specific plan has no panel package assigned):

  • When to Use Manual Mode:
    • You do not use an automated IPTV panel.
    • Your panel provider is not currently supported by API integrations.
    • You have a customized workflow (such as assigning specific servers, custom playlists, or manual customer verification).
    • You want to deliver credentials directly to the customer via personal message.
  • Customer Contact Collection:
    • In manual mode, the checkout widget requires customers to select a contact channel (WhatsApp, Telegram, or Email) and confirm their details before payment.
    • You can configure which contact channels you accept under Settings > Contact Methods.
  • Delivering Credentials:
    • When a customer completes payment, the checkout window informs them that payment was received and the seller will deliver credentials to their provided contact info.
    • The customer’s contact details, plan choice, and Order ID appear instantly in your Orders dashboard.
    • You create the line in your system and message the customer directly.

You can run automated plans and manual plans on the same domain. If a plan has a panel package selected, it delivers automatically. If a plan has no panel package selected, it seamlessly runs in manual mode and gathers buyer contact info.
